It was a great three months off but I am definitely glad to be back at it. Good thing I love my job.

Advanced: Power Clean, M155/F95lbs
                  Muscle up
Intermediate: Power Clean, M125/F75lbs
                      Pull up
                      Dip
Beginner: Power clean, M95/F55lbs
                 Horizontal row
                 Push up
