Shoulder Press 5/5/5

3 Rounds for time of:
Sprint 50m
dumbbell snatch 21 reps, right arm
spring 50m
dumbbell snatch 21 reps, left arm

Males use 45 lb dumbbell, women 30 lbs.

Finish with one minute aggregate work on planche.
